Prost to Another Great SDK Oktoberfest

On September 17th, clients, colleagues, friends, family and SDKers gathered for SDK Oktoberfest 2026, our first Oktoberfest celebration at our new home in SPS Tower.

And we couldn’t have asked for a better evening.

With beautiful September weather, we were able to take full advantage of the first-floor atrium and outdoor pavilion, giving guests a chance to enjoy our new surroundings while catching up with familiar faces and making new connections.

Of course, it wouldn’t be Oktoberfest without great food and beverages. Guests enjoyed German-inspired favorites catered by Black Forest Inn, along with beer tasting and plenty of opportunities to raise a glass together.

More Than an Event

While the food and beer are certainly part of the fun, Oktoberfest has always been about something bigger: relationships.

At SDK, we’re fortunate to work with clients, professional partners and friends of the firm who have been part of our story for years, and in many cases, decades. Oktoberfest gives us a chance to step away from emails, meetings, tax returns and financial statements and simply spend time together.

It’s also an opportunity to bring different parts of the SDK community together. Clients meet other business owners. Professional partners make new connections. Friends and family get to know the people behind SDK. And our team gets valuable time with the people we work with throughout the year.

That sense of connection is what makes Oktoberfest one of our favorite SDK traditions.

A New Home for an SDK Tradition

This year’s event was especially meaningful as we welcomed Oktoberfest guests to SPS Tower for the first time.

Since moving into our new office earlier this year, we’ve loved having opportunities to share the space with the people who are part of SDK’s community. Between our Open House in June and Oktoberfest this September, our new home has already been the backdrop for plenty of conversations, introductions, laughs and celebrations.

We think that’s exactly how an office should be used.

Thank You for Celebrating With Us

A huge thank you goes to everyone who joined us for Oktoberfest 2026 and helped make the evening such a success. We’re also grateful to the SDKers who came out to welcome guests, make introductions and help create the friendly atmosphere that makes these events special.

We loved spending the evening with you, and we hope you had as much fun as we did.

Until next year, Prost!
