SDK Named a 2026 Top Workplace While Celebrating an Exciting New Chapter

At SDK, we believe a great workplace creates better outcomes for our clients, our people, and our community. That’s why we’re honored to announce that SDK has once again been named a 2026 Star Tribune Top Workplace.

This recognition is especially meaningful because it’s based entirely on feedback from our employees. The survey measures the qualities that matter most in a workplace, including leadership, communication, opportunities for growth, respect, and an environment where people feel valued and empowered to do their best work.

While we’re proud of the award itself, what makes it truly special is what it represents: a culture built on collaboration, trust, and a shared commitment to helping our clients.

A Year of Milestones

The Top Workplace honor comes during an exciting year for SDK.

In February, we opened the doors to our new office space in SPS Tower in downtown Minneapolis. Designed with collaboration, innovation, and flexibility in mind, the new office reflects the way we work today while creating an even better experience for our clients and team members.

In June, we welcomed clients, referral partners, friends, and family to our Open House to celebrate this new chapter. It was an incredible evening filled with conversations, laughter, and the opportunity to showcase our new home.

The event reminded us that while a beautiful office is exciting, it’s the relationships inside it that truly make SDK special.

Our People Make the Difference

Being named a Top Workplace isn’t about a single achievement, it’s about the people who make SDK what it is every day.

Our team brings expertise, dedication, and a genuine desire to help clients succeed. Whether we’re providing audit, tax, advisory, outsourced accounting, or wealth management services, our people are committed to delivering responsive service and practical solutions that help clients make confident decisions.

That same culture of collaboration extends beyond our client work. We celebrate successes together, support one another through challenges, invest in professional development, and continually look for ways to improve.

Thank You SDKers

We’re incredibly grateful to our employees for making SDK a place where people want to build their careers. We’re equally thankful to our clients and referral partners for the trust you’ve placed in us over the years.

As we reflect on this exciting year, from moving into our new office, to celebrating with so many of you at our Open House, to earning recognition as a 2026 Top Workplace, we’re reminded that our greatest accomplishments are built on strong relationships.

Here’s to continuing to grow together and helping our clients maximize their business and personal potential.
