Ron Zilka joined SDK in 2016, having spent the previous seven years in a twin cities accounting firm. Prior to coming to Minnesota, Ron was a tax professional in Florida for over 10 years. He is a tax accounting specialist, focused on IRS dispute management, merger and acquisition leadership, multi-entity, multi-state, and SALT tax compliance and tax planning, and inbound/outbound foreign tax transactions. Ron’s reputation for resolving highly complex issues has allowed him the opportunity to support his clients at all stages of business growth and development.
