Ronald I. Kelner, CPA, a Senior Advisor with the firm, has over thirty years of experience in tax and business consulting. His planning experience includes all facets of real estate transactions, corporate mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, asset additions and disposals, partnership structuring, leasing transactions and personal income and estate tax planning. Prior to joining the public accounting world, he was a controller for a large local residential real estate management and development company in the Twin Cities for ten years. Mr. Kelner is a frequent lecturer to various organizations on topics related to real estate.
